Ventura Aquatic Center

The Ventura Aquatic Center has plenty of affordable activities for people of all ages. It is like an amusement park with splashes instead of rides for fun. The center has a competition, recreation and activity pool.

The competition pool has lap swim, open dive, deep water exercise and water polo programs. Its measure is 50 meters. Besides the program schedule, this pool has 1 and 3 meter diving boards. There are two of each. The recreational pool, measured at 25 meters, holds lap swim, open swim, spring break and shallow water exercise programs. It is adjacent to the activity pool, which has two water slides.

There are different prices for entry depending on activities and participant age. Single entry fees and splash passes apply to open swims, lap swims and water polo scrimmages. There is no charge for children under 2 years of age. Lap swim passes are good for one, three or twelve months. They are not good for open swim hours. Pass holders must be 16 years or older. Water exercise prices are available for drop visits or discounted when purchased in advance for a predetermined number of visits.

Along with a beautiful design and modern facilities, the establishment has plenty of services and to offer. Swimming lessons and inclusion, employment, pool parties and rentals, team activities and camps, plus youth and adult programs are some the opportunities within the center.

Pleasant Valley Aquatic Center

Another safe splash pad in the Ventura area to visit is the Pleasant Valley Aquatic Center. This center is a cool and comfort place to swim because it houses an indoor pool. It is all about personal growth and family fun inside the center.

This establishment is focused on teaching and training youths to take care of themselves and others while in the pool. Participating in and completing the lessons and programs offered is time well spent. The Pleasant Valley Aquatic Center has a junior lifeguard program and certification. There is even a swim team to join.

In between all that learning and training for the young ones, the whole family can visit and enjoy the center. They host birthday parties upon request and regularly facilitate special events. Registration for classes, special event schedules and facility information are all available online. Due to a need for water conservation, the Pleasant Valley Aquatic Center outdoor pool is temporarily closed.
